I am proud to be associated with local farmers who provide my kitchen with grass-fed beef and other organic animal products of the highest quality, including Coxtie Green farm in Essex. (I don’t want to link to their site as it’s password protected). Born of a passion for nature and sustainability, Coxtie Green is Pasture For Life certified and prioritises animal welfare above all else. Animals are reared on pasture using free range practices and are fed a completely natural diet. No pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers are used on the land, resulting in a superior quality product and a positive environmental impact.
I am also delighted to be working closely with the Georgian Wine Club, whose impressive cellar produces a superb aperitif to complement every dish.
